1. Graffiti Sky Bar

Situated on top of the Carlton City Hotel Singapore, Graffiti Sky Bar offers great views of the Singapore city skyline, and affordable drinks and snacks.

There are both indoor and outdoor seating areas and the smoke-free open bar features Graffiti-themed decor, adding an edge to your New Years’ Eve celebrations. Currently, Graffiti Sky Bar is offering an exclusive beer tower package, featuring Tiger or Heineken, for $65++ for three-litre beer tower (U.P. $85++).

Snacks offered include the Trio of Mini Wagyu Burgers ($16), Mini Tempura Crabmeat Cakes ($11), and Crispy Black Pepper Baby Squid ($8.50).

2. The East Bureau

With beautiful views and good food, The East Bureau would be a great place to head to on New Years’ Eve. Located on top of Marina Square, you get a great view of the Esplanade and Marina Bay, perfect to watch the fireworks display.

The restaurant offers Asian dishes with an interesting twist, and mains are not too expensive. You get a variety of dishes such as The Bureau Signature ($18-21), classic pasta noodles tossed with a secret blend of Thai spices, Seafood Tom Yum Goong In Ice ($17), and Ménage Á Trois, ‘Bo Luo’ cream puffs filled with salted egg yolk, orh nee paste and black sesame soy milk. 4. Suki-Ya

For those in the mood for a buffet, head to Suki-Ya at Kallang Wave Mall. Afterwards, head to the Kallang Stadium Waterfront to enjoy the fireworks without jostling with a huge sweaty crowd. Those who come in groups of 4 or more get to enjoy 25% off their bill.
