Milk & Honey Gelato is a small gelato shop serving fairly high standard gelato and waffles. 3. The Bakery Chef
This little cafe is located at the heart of Bukit Merah. The Bakery Chef was the one that started the Lava Toast trend in Singapore. They serve these thick toast filled with flowy fillings such as Charcoal Toast with Salted Egg Yolk Filling. Besides the toast, they also make little cakes that not only looks pretty but taste delicious as well. We also recommend you to try their Rainbow Slice which is one of their signature. The light sponge cake is layered with mascarpone cheese and has the fragrance of passionfruit, a great tea time snack!

4. The Workbench Bistro
The Workbench Bistro serves an array of dishes from spaghetti to waffles. They even have sweet potatoes waffles that was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside that goes great with the ice creams! Also try their Egg Lava Beef Burger. Just like the name suggest, the yolk flows out when you slice the burger. The burger is served with a thick slice of juicy beef patty, bacon slice, melted cheese and fresh lettuce. The patty was well marinated with herbs which gave the burger a unique and savoury fragrance.

Step into a whimsical world of Oh My Tian. This cafe has everything from carousel to hot air balloons. Oh My Tian also serves an array of dishes and you would definitely want to try their Curly Fries with Salted Egg Yolk Sauce or Truffle Mayonnaise.
