Spicy Seafood Salad ($19.90)
This salad is one for the seafood lovers out there! Froth took the typical Western salad bowl to another level by adding spice and seafood which Asians love. This delightful salad bowl consists of scallops, cashew nuts, baby spinach, prawns, squid, peas and chili sauce at the side.
Three Egg Risotto ($29.90)
Calling all egg lovers! This one-of-a-kind dish is made up of risotto along with three different types of eggs: salted egg, century egg and onsen egg! With the risotto soaked with salted egg, bits and pieces of century egg, topped with the onsen, there is no doubt that this dish is egg-cellent!
Chilli Crab Pasta ($26.90)
Adding an Asian twist to the ordinary pasta, the usual Italian sauce is replaced with Chilli Crab sauce and it tastes…. unexpectedly like Pad Thai! Topped with chicken floss, the tangy Chilli Crab sauce gives this linguine an impeccable taste that is both sweet and savoury.
Ponzu Soya Cod ($35.90)
This would have to be one of our favourites. The cod fish is cooked to perfection, glazed with ponzu and soya sauce. The soft and juicy meat blends well with the Pak Choi and wasabi edamame, creating a burst of flavours in your mouth!
Pumpkin Salted Egg Tart ($12.90)
Pumpkin, known to be native to America, is mixed with salted egg, one of Asians’ favourite trends, to create this delectable dessert. Tasting both sweet and salty, this dessert is sure to satiate your taste buds!
