Yati Udon is a Japanese dish that stir fries thick, white and smooth noodles together with crunchy vegetables seasoned with a soy based sauce. Tim Anderson recreated this colourful, savoury and delicious dish with a simple recipe. Check out the ingredients needed below!

Yaki Udon Noodle Stir Fry
Main Ingredients:
Vegetable Oil – 1 1/2 tablespoon
Streaky Bacon – 4 Slices
Onion (thinly sliced) – 1
Carrots (sliced into thin planks)
Cabbage
Bean Sprouts
Garlic (thinly sliced) – 1 clove
Mushrooms (any kind)
Udon Noodles

Seasonings:
Sesame Oil – 1 tablespoon
Japanese Soy Sauce – 1 1/2 tablespoon
Rice Vinegar – 1/2 tablespoon
Mirin – 1 tablespoon
Dashi Powder – a pinch
White Pepper – a pinch

Garnishes:
Toasted White Sesame
Beni Shōga (Red Pickled Ginger)
Crispy Fried Shallots
