And because Kopi Folks is a team of creative adventurers, we came up with 5 crazy ideas that we feel would be a hit ..if ever invented.

  1. APPLE PIE + PRATA

So instead of a pie, enclose the warm tasty apple pie filling within layers of pratas

2. BIG BREAKFAST PRATA

Define Big Breakfast: Scrambled Egg, Sausage, Toasts, Baked Beans and Turkey Bacon. Well, replace the toasts with pratas – how bout dat!

3. HAWAIIAN PRATA

Because we can’t decide between Prata and Pizza, we went for both. Duh! Spread some tomato sauce on the prata and sprinkle down the chicken ham and pineapple chunks. Don’t forget the cheese!!

4. SAMBAL BELACHAN PRATA

If the accompanying curry is not spicy enough or does not give you that kick, it’s time to bring out the fragrant Sambal Belachan that your Grandma cooked over the weekend!

It is no surprise that Roti Prata is one of our national dishes, it hits the spot every time and it can be for breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper (anytime of the day). If you ever come across the pratas mentioned above in Singapore, do let us know because we really want to try it out!
